AGENCY is an offline-first mobile management game. Most gameplay data stays on your device. This policy explains the limited information AGENCY may send off-device for analytics and diagnostics.

Data stored on your device

AGENCY stores the information needed to run your Career locally on your device, including your save game, Agency and Director information, Models, Staff, Clients, messages, finances, progression, settings, and other gameplay state.

That local Career data is not sent to searchandgrow AB merely because you play the game. AGENCY does not currently provide a searchandgrow-operated account, cloud save service, advertising profile, or social-network account system.

Analytics and diagnostics

AGENCY includes a privacy-limited analytics and diagnostics capability using PostHog Cloud EU.

When sharing is enabled, AGENCY may send limited information such as:

• app version, build number, release version/channel, and platform;
• app/session lifecycle events;
• coarse Career progress such as Career year/month and Agency stage;
• broad count or state bands rather than exact values;
• selected gameplay actions and milestones;
• limited technical information needed to diagnose serious app errors, including redacted error categories and symbolication-compatible crash or stack information.

PostHog uses an installation-scoped pseudonymous identifier to group events. AGENCY does not connect that identifier to an AGENCY account or intentionally connect it to your real-world identity.

AGENCY is designed not to send PostHog:

• your Agency Name or Director Name;
• Model, Staff, Client, Career, or other gameplay entity IDs;
• Messenger or Inbox text or conversation transcripts;
• exact cash balances or hidden gameplay values;
• contacts or address-book data;
• photos from your device;
• precise location;
• advertising identifiers;
• session replay, screen recordings, touch recordings, or generic autocapture;
• generic console logs, breadcrumbs, or tracing data.

AGENCY does not use PostHog for advertising, ad attribution, cross-app tracking, or advertising profiles.

Your choice

For external TestFlight beta builds, AGENCY asks for consent before analytics or diagnostic information is first transmitted. Sharing is presented as the recommended beta choice because this data helps us improve the game, but you can choose not to share it.

If sharing is enabled, you can turn it off at any time in:

Settings → Privacy → Share analytics & diagnostics

Turning it off stops future AGENCY analytics and diagnostic transmission through PostHog. Gameplay and saving continue normally if sharing is disabled.

The public App Store release sharing behavior may differ from the beta. This policy will be updated if that behavior changes.

Why we use this information

When enabled, the limited analytics and diagnostics are used to:

• understand whether players can learn and use AGENCY's management systems;
• understand coarse progression and feature usage;
• identify major usability or gameplay friction;
• diagnose serious technical failures;
• compare behavior and failures between app versions; and
• improve AGENCY.

The information is not used to determine gameplay outcomes, personalize prices, serve ads, or build advertising profiles.

Sharing

searchandgrow AB does not sell AGENCY gameplay or analytics data and does not provide it to advertising networks.

When analytics or diagnostics are enabled, the relevant service provider is PostHog, using its EU Cloud region, for the limited purposes described above.

Retention

Local Career data remains on your device until it is removed through app functionality, app deletion, or device/iOS behavior.

AGENCY currently uses PostHog's Free plan. PostHog's current Free plan provides up to one year of data retention. If AGENCY later changes to a plan with a different retention period, this policy will be reviewed and updated before relying on the longer retention period.

Security

AGENCY is designed to minimize the amount of information sent off-device. Analytics and diagnostic payloads are allowlisted and sanitized, and build/service credentials are not intended to be included in telemetry payloads.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but searchandgrow AB uses reasonable technical measures appropriate to the limited information processed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change if AGENCY's data practices, service providers, or distribution model change. The published version will show its latest update date.
